Schedule An Appointment

Thank you for inquiring!  Before submitting your request please read

through our policies at the bottom of the page.

The Glam Shoppe's Client Policies

New Client Policy

Due to the high demand of appointment requests, we have implemented a deposit policy.

This just shows us that you are serious about wanting to come to The Glam Shoppe.

All new clients who would like to schedule an appointment with a #GlamGirl must provide a

"New Client Service Deposit" of $30 at the time of scheduling.

This is deducted from your first service and must be paid before

we can lock you into an appointment slot.

Unfortunately no exceptions.

Deposit Policy

After being offered an appointment, you will be prompted on how to pay this deposit by your technician.

We can only hold the offered slot for 6 hours.  If the deposit is not paid within the 6 hour limit,

the appointment will released and it will be up for grabs.

All cancellations should be made at least 36 hours in advance via text or email to your technician.

Failure to cancel within this excepted time frame will result in loss of deposit.  If you reschedule with adequate timing

(36 hours), your appointment will be moved and your deposit will still go towards that new appointment.

No call/ No shows will  lose their deposit, and will not be offered another appointment.

We understand that sometimes things happen that we are not expecting, but each client is a piece of our overall income for the week.  So please understand and respect our policies, because we would love to create art for you!

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (Returning Clients)

Please give your technician proper notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel and 48 hours to move an appointment.

Failure to cancel in the adequate time frame (24 hours) will result in a $35 fee

to be paid before rescheduling your new appointment.

No call/No shows will be charged in full for the appointment they missed and it will have to be paid in full

previously to re-booking.

At our discretion, we reserve the right to no longer service clients who have not respected out time or our salon policies.

Clients with multiple cancellations or missed appointments will be fired.

We do not make an hourly wage. An empty chair is a missing portion of our pay check.

Please respect our time and we will do our best to respect yours.

Late Policy

We understand that things can happen!

If you are going to be late to your appointment, please let us know previously to your appointment time.

If you are more than 20 minutes late we will have to cancel the appointment

and charge a "last minute cancellation fee" of $35.

This will need to be paid prior to re-booking.

If you are less than 20 minutes late we will still try to service you, if possible.

We will have to do something that will only take up the remaining appointment time.

We cannot do elaborate designs and run into the next clients appointment time.

Sometimes if one client is late, it will cause your technician to run a bit behind.

If your technician is running more than 10 minutes behind, we will do our best to contact you.

If it is our fault for the late start we will still give you the same amount of time we had set aside for you,

regardless of our start time.

Children/ Extra Guest Policy

Due to limited seating, safety issues, and insurance purposes

we do not allow children in the salon unless they are receiving a service.

We also ask if you bring a guest with you, that they wait in our waiting area.  We use many chemicals

and it is a risk to have extra chairs crowding by our desks.  Please understand this is solely for safety purposes.

Thank you for taking the time to read through all of our policies!

Preparing For Your Nail Service

We use a high end, 100% gel brand called Akzentz Gels.

The average wear time of our nail services is 3-4 weeks.

To ensure that you get the most out of your service, if possible, please refrain from using certain products,

or applying them with your hands the day of your appointment.

-hand moisturizers

-hand sanitizers/aloe

-hair serums and oils

-body lotions

-body oils

-facial moisturizers

-makeup removers

-coconut, argon, jojoba, and other oils

-moisturizing hair masks

If one is used the day of your appointment, it may affect the gels ability to adhere to the nail.

We will always do our best to remove anything can alter or mess with our products but most beauty oils

are extremely hard to pull out of the nail plate.  We want you to have an amazing experience with our salon,

so please do your best to help us out with this one important step in the process.

Thank You! Someone will be in touch with you soon! We try our best to repond via email within 24 hours. If you do not get a response, please check your Spam folder.
